Northern Voices Picnic

Ally's school, Northern Voices, has been around for 10 years already! They've been helping kids learn to listen and speak for a long time - pretty impressive! They had a picnic last Thursday to celebrate. It was a blast. They had a Hawaiian theme with food, face painting, train rides, games, and prizes for everyone! And, there was even a live band. One of the graduating students' (Lucy) dad is in a band called Sweet Stache. They are a cover band, and super fun! They definitely rocked and the kids (and adults) had so much fun dancing. They are actually playing at O'Gara's in St. Paul on August 22nd. I wish I could go, but we'll be out of town on vacation.

Ally has not seen her friend Ella since school ended in June, so when they were reunited at the picnic, you could not wipe the huge smile off Ally's face. They were attached at the hip all night.
